• Assist senior consultants during customer discovery sessions by documenting workflows, pain points, and requirements • Learn the Tracking+ platform, aviation maintenance processes, and implementation methodology through hands-on project involvement • Shadow consultants during solution design discussions, demos, and customer walkthroughs • Support configuration tasks under the guidance of senior consultants • Help prepare training materials, documentation, and customer-facing resources • Assist with basic troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting activities • Participate in solution validation sessions by helping set up demos, prototypes, or test scenarios • Document gaps between customer needs and product capabilities for consultant review • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely project execution • Assist in delivering training sessions or Q&A workshops as your product knowledge grows
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in aviation operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality, or related fields
- Exposure to software tools or technical systems used in aviation environments
- Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in team environments
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow into a consultant-level role
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based systems (Preferred)
- BA/BS degree in a technical, aviation, or related discipline (Preferred)

Role Description The Deal Analyst / Deal Manager (DA/DM) serves as the operational owner of the proposal and quote process, coordinating inputs, drafting customer-focused narratives, managing pricing inputs, enforcing review SLAs, and ensuring CRM and repository accuracy from Quote Request (QR) intake through final delivery. - High-quality, customer-ready proposals aligned to customer needs and executive readability standards. - On-time progression through Red Team, Gold Team, and White Glove (DOA) review stages. - Accurate and complete Salesforce and SharePoint records supporting audit readiness. • Responsible for the preparation and oversight of high-quality customer, site, and vendor contracts • Plays a critical role in pricing, planning, execution, and control of investigator grants • Directly involved with the development of negotiation strategies • Identifies areas of contract risk and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of the contract and associated budget(s) • Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) utilizing standard templates and projected related information • Ensure CTAs are executed in a timely manner to meet expected timelines for study start-up • Liaise with the legal departments as necessary, to ensure any content changes to the CTAs are mutually agreeable • Participate in Study kick-off meetings to obtain necessary information required for effective CTA execution • Responsible for the development of complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies • Identify potential risks and propose practical solutions during contract and budget reviews • Develop and review other contracts (e.g. confidentiality agreements, Work Orders, Change Orders, etc.) as needed in support of the business • Create, publish and/or review core clinical, technical and administrative documentation to support business development and enable study initiation and maintenance • Work independently in the management of contract inventory, including contract development and negotiations • Negotiate and manage all commercial contracts as assigned by Manager • Ensure contract and budget statuses remain updated on a regular basis to support project timelines and allow management insight into financials associated with the contracting process • Develop strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with Elligo management, staff, customers, and sites • Ensure that contracts are executed and centrally stored in accordance with corporate guidelines • Participate in customer/site meeting preparations and discussions • Generate standard and ad-hoc reporting to summarize information and uncover insights • Reconcile any discrepancies between documents and database(s) • Support audits by providing accurate contract and budget documentation • Maintain confidentiality of company information as appropriate • Perform other duties as required or assigned
