• Join our dynamic and growing team at HSP Group as a Principal AI Engineer. • In this role, you'll lead the adoption of AI across the engineering function — designing agentic workflows, building RAG systems, and guiding engineers to become architects of intent rather than just writers of code. • You'll work directly with technology and engineering leadership to prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions, translating business problems into scalable architectures from proof-of-concept through to production. • You will partner closely with Engineering management, Product, CX, and other business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, customer-centric AI solutions.

• Own the end-to-end build of internal AI tools and automations: requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, design, implementation, deployment, and iteration. • Translate ambiguity into product — distill a team's needs into a coherent plan and present it back to stakeholders in a way that gets buy-in. • Build on a shared substrate — contribute to the common TypeScript layer that internal AI tools at LI.FI are built on, so your work compounds with everyone else's. • Close collaboration with business teams — sit with BD, ops, legal, HR, finance, marketing, or customer service to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI leverage. • Think holistically — over time, help shape LI.FI's overall internal AI strategy rather than shipping isolated one-off automations. • Work cross-functionally — collaborate with shared resources such as DevOps and Security through our standard prioritization workflow.

• You will own a product capability end to end, from architectural decisions through production outcomes, cutting through every layer: entry points, orchestration, intelligence, tools, data, and observability. • Your work directly shapes how Augeo's clients engage tens of millions of users. • You will build and ship mission-critical AI agents that drive revenue growth across finance, healthcare, telecom, and commerce. • Define how AI agents are built at Augeo. • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through production iteration, setting the standard for how agents are developed, tested, evaluated, and improved. • Build the shared platform: agent orchestration, agentic workflows, ML models, and data infrastructure that every product team at Augeo builds on. • Work across Augeo with engineers, product leads, and end users to understand needs, close feedback loops, and ensure the platform compounds with every interaction. • Shape the team. Participate in hiring and define the culture of an engineering org that is AI-native from day one.
