Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven to nine or more years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel (local and regional, some national)
- Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills
- Prior business credit card sales experience
- Experience working with businesses $10MM+ in annual revenue
- Thorough knowledge of unit payment products
- Basic knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
- Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

Role Description The purpose of this assignment is critical to the design and development of a robust, evidence-based Career Guidance Model for the Albanian education system. The National Consultant will closely collaborate with the International Consultant on Career Guidance on the design and contextualization of the model under the programme “Life Skills improved through their Integration in Upper Secondary Education Curricula and Careers Guidance introduced in the School System” (hereafter referred to as the “Life Skills and Career Guidance programme.” - Ensure that the model is tailored to the Albanian context. - Contextualize key components, implementation modalities, institutional roles, and sustainability mechanisms. - Support the effective integration of career guidance into the education system. - Contribute to improved school-to-work transition outcomes for young people. - Closely coordinate with the International Expert working on the Career Guidance model. - Design the Training of Trainers (ToT), deliver the training, and follow up. - Create synergies with another team of Experts working on Life Skills in the framework of this project. Qualifications - Masters degree in Education, Career Guidance, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related fields. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing career guidance systems in education. - Experience in school-to-work transition frameworks in Albania. Requirements - At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in career guidance, education systems development, or related fields. - Demonstrated experience in working with career guidance models, frameworks, or programmes at national or system level in Albania. - Proven experience in designing and/or implementing career guidance systems or programmes within the Albanian education systems. - Experience in policy analysis, education reform, and system strengthening. - Experience in conducting qualitative research, including interviews, focus groups, stakeholder consultations, and facilitating trainings. - Experience in developing analytical reports, policy briefs, and education frameworks. - Experience working with international organizations, such as UN agencies or EU-funded programmes, is considered an asset.
