Distribution Sales Intern

• Provide hands-on experience supporting Allstate’s sales model. • Contribute to sales activities and support customer interactions. • Gain insight into how Allstate products meet customer needs. • Build foundational skills in communication, business development, and client service.

Job Requirements

  • Complete Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing requirements to become a qualified representative
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and develop solutions that protect their assets
  • Support the sales process by following up on new customer leads and maintaining customer engagement
  • Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships post-sale to support retention and satisfaction
  • Participate in marketing and outreach efforts within personal networks and campus communities
  • Promote relatable products for college populations (e.g., renter’s insurance, device protection)
  • Support day-to-day sales activities, including documenting interactions and tracking follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with team members to gather insights and contribute to sales effectiveness and process improvements
