If something feels slightly off anywhere in the product, that's your domain. • Build production-quality UI components and interactions that close the gap between what was designed and what actually ships. • Help designers ship in code. Build the workflows and tooling so that designer-made prototypes are structured starting points that engineers and AI agents can work from directly. • Create the handoff layer between design and engineering: organize and structure designer-generated code so it flows cleanly into agents or gets picked up by the engineering team without rework. • Maintain and extend our design system: write components, document patterns, and make sure the system gets used consistently across a complex, data-heavy product. • Partner with Product and Engineering to define what's possible and push what Juniper Square's product can look and feel like.
