Role Description The DHD Engineer Level 2 independently handles moderate-complexity data hall designs and infrastructure projects while supporting operational improvements and design optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain medium-complexity data hall layouts and infrastructure designs. - Perform rack elevations, cable routing designs, power and space planning activities. - Conduct infrastructure assessments and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment activities. - Troubleshoot design conflicts and support issue resolution efforts. - Ensure design documentation complies with company and industry standards. - Support project delivery timelines and milestone tracking. - Assist in mentoring junior engineers and reviewing basic design work. Scope & Complexity - Works independently on moderately complex projects. - Begins contributing to process improvements and technical standards. - Handles multiple concurrent assignments with limited supervision. Qualifications - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and design standards. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in data center or telecom infrastructure environments. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and infrastructure documentation. - Good communication and collaboration skills. • Create and update simple AutoCAD drawings and layouts for cabinets, rack elevations, structured cabling, and basic infrastructure components. • Support data hall design documentation, asset tracking, and drawing revisions. • Assist with capacity planning and basic infrastructure assessments. • Follow established design standards, templates, and operational procedures. • Coordinate with internal engineering teams to gather project requirements and updates. • Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers. • Maintain accurate project documentation and design records. • Learn data center design principles, cabling standards, and operational best practices.

• Review customer system requirements and offer Victaulic product solutions for piping system design needs • Provide thermal movement, anchor load and other calculations • Design pipe support products such as anchors • Identify and assist in the development of new products • Visit field installations to assist customers in using Victaulic products and optimizing performance • Provide general support to sales organization including creating, organizing and conducting technical seminars
