Duties: The Electronics Design Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Racine, WI will be responsible for developing, validating, and industrializing a variety of embedded electronic devices for agricultural and construction products for CNH. Provide expertise in analysis and identify solutions for current product performance improvements. Assist internal customers in proper application and implementation of the technology. Research, develop, and evaluate design concepts including materials, specifications, equipment, and machines. Evaluate new and existing circuits for appropriate functionality and the ability to pass electrical qualification tests. Validate new circuits and subsystems through utilizing simulation software and proof-of-concept prototypes. Perform hardware validation, driver development, and support manufacturing programming through test flows. Determine purpose, application, and feasibility of new or enhancement of existing products or processes. Create and update documentation for designs, and all phases of the project. Participate in reviews of schematics, layout, IO selection, and hardware requirements for others in the team. Collaborate with external customers, distributors, vendors, and suppliers to initiate new designs and problem-solve. Coordinate engineering efforts and provide engineering assistance to internal teams or external customers. Maintain knowledge of new developments in the fields of engineering design, methods, and applications. Provide and assist in training requirements for new or existing products or processes. Assist in learning, understanding, continual improvements, and promoting quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards. 100% Remote. Salary: $92,997- $132,825/year Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a directly related field and 1 year of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or related occupation. Must have 1 year of experience with each of the following: (1) CAD tools; (2) schematic and PCB layout using Altium or Mentor Graphics; (3) hardware testing based on industry standards, including CISPR 25, visual inspection, functional testing, and reviewing test plans; (4) working with external customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on new designs; (5) research, development, and evaluation of design concepts, including materials, specifications, equipment, and machines; and (6) engineering design, methods, and applications, including worst case analysis, electrical network calculations, and electrical and mechanical design reviews. Job Purpose The Head of Technical Accounting is responsible for providing expert counsel on complex accounting matters. This position is the central hub for technical accounting research, policy development, and implementation of new accounting standards under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, proactively managing the accounting implications of new transactions and leading all accounting workstreams for mergers and acquisitions. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL and two (2) days remote/home office. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the subject matter expert for all technical accounting topics. - Research, analyze, and document accounting positions for new and complex transactions, preparing formal accounting memos or “white papers” that provide clear guidance to the organization. - Partner with business development, legal and finance teams to provide proactive accounting guidance on deal terms and new contracts, embedding financial considerations at the inception of a transaction. - Work closely with external auditors to ensure timely closure of complex accounting matters and support the audit process with necessary documentation. - Lead the full lifecycle of new accounting pronouncement adoption, from initial impact assessment to full implementation on a global scale. - Continuously monitor new and emerging guidance from the FASB and IFRS, documenting potential impacts on financial statement, policies, and systems. - Assist with the implementation of finance and accounting system changes required to comply with new standards. - Develop and deliver training to finance and non-finance personnel across the company on new or existing accounting standards. - Lead the entire accounting workstream for M&A transactions, from due diligence to post-closing integration. - Participate in financial due diligence to assess recurring earnings, analyze key financial drivers, and critique balance sheet exposures, providing critical input for deal negotiations. - Lead the preparation of the opening balance sheet, business combination accounting memos, and valuation reports, managing external advisors as needed. - Collaborate with Policy and Procedures team to update finance policies to ensure they are current with evolving standards and reflect the proper accounting treatment for new transactions. Experience Required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's degree is a plus. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. - A minimum of 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and external reporting, with a strong focus on SEC filings. - Significant experience with a public accounting firm (preferably a Big Four firm) is highly desired. - Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale reporting projects, including recent experience with sustainability or ESG disclosures. Preferred Qualifications - Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and a strong working knowledge of IFRS. - Proven ability to research, interpret, and apply complex accounting standards. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Proven leadership abilities and a track record of building effective cross functional partnerships. #LI-EF1 Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $196,350.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
