• Jugar un papel clave en el ciclo de venta. • Liderar las actividades estratégicas previas a la adquisición de nuevos clientes. • Contribuir directamente al crecimiento de ingresos y al posicionamiento de Lynx en el mercado. • Entender las necesidades del cliente, traducirlas en soluciones técnicas y funcionales. • Diseñar propuestas de valor, realizar demostraciones, apoyar procesos de RFI/RFP. • Participar en proyectos de implementación, configuración, acompañamiento y formación. • Trabajar de forma estrecha con otros departamentos y equipos regionales para garantizar la alineación e impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos de la compañía. • Desarrollar soluciones y realizar demostraciones atractivas de prueba de concepto. • Analizar los requisitos del cliente y garantizar que las soluciones recogidas apliquen las mejores prácticas.
Job Requirements
- 5+ años de experiencia como pre-sales, consultoría o soluciones, preferiblemente en el ámbito de fraude, financial crime o software.
- Experiencia deseable en empresas de software, tecnología financiera, prevención de fraude, AML, KYC, pagos, banca, fintech o financial crime.
- Grado universitario en Ingeniería (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial), Matemáticas, Estadística, Física o Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
- Valorable formación adicional en fraude, prevención de lavado de dinero, analítica, ciencia de datos, ciberseguridad, pagos o regulación financiera.
- Deseable conocimiento sólido en Sistemas de detección de fraude (transaccional, tarjetas, pagos, etc.).
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) y KYC.
- Modelos analíticos / machine learning aplicados a fraude (deseable).
- Inglés avanzado.
- Portugués valorable, especialmente para interacción con clientes o equipos en Brasil (en caso de ser necesario).
