Role Description The Supply Integration team is responsible for the supplier connection service and technical management, providing the platform with up-to-date information on availability, bookings, and content from various suppliers. We are looking for a Product Analyst with the following responsibilities: - Supplier portfolio analysis and development: segmentation, assessing contribution to key metrics (GMV, margin, conversion, assortment), identifying growth points and underperforming segments; - Supplier quality and cost effectiveness assessment: inventory quality analysis (prices, availability, cancellations, content), calculating unit economics and ROI for supplier connection and development; - Analytical support for commercial initiatives: evaluation and support of launches (discounts, special conditions, pricing initiatives, commercial offers), impact analysis and scaling recommendations; - Improvement of product and business algorithms related to suppliers: formulating and testing hypotheses, analyzing the impact of business logic changes on key metrics. Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst; - Advanced SQL proficiency; - Strong knowledge of Python; - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase); - Experience using causal analysis and quasi-experimental methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, matching, instrumental variables) to estimate effects in the absence of A/B testing; - Ability to work with incomplete or distorted data and make informed assumptions to assess business impact; - English proficiency at a B1 level or higher; - Developed critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using data processing tools; - Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts in simple terms. Role Description We are seeking a sharp and versatile Senior Actuarial Analyst to join 360F’s growing actuarial & business function. This role is deliberately designed to sit at the intersection of actuarial science and business analysis combining the quantitative rigour with the stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and process improvement mindset of a senior business analyst. You will work in the delivery team, playing a key supporting role across product set-up, launches, financial analysis, and client-facing problem solving. This is not a pure modelling role; you will be expected to translate actuarial findings into clear business insights, work closely with product, engineering, and client delivery teams, and contribute actively to improving how actuarial knowledge is embedded into 360F’s platform and workflows. The ideal candidate has strong actuarial foundations in life, health combined with the practical toolkit of a senior BA, from API testing and data scripting to stakeholder workshops and structured documentation. You are analytically precise, commercially aware, and confident communicating across both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities - Actuarial Analysis & Modelling - Support the project delivery in the analysis, development, and maintenance of products for life, health, and investment-linked insurance products across global markets. - Provide innovative ideas on product distribution, key propositions, providing actuarial edge to the technological solutions. - Be ahead of the AI development – building AI agentic solution to automate the work and sharing the best practices with the team. - Support in partnership & client management with primarily expertise on business and product front. - Build, test, and document products, client journey using AI tools and be proficient in Python, Excel, progressively moving spreadsheet-heavy approaches toward scalable, code-based workflows. - Business Analysis & Requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product, engineering, client delivery, and finance to gather, analyse, and document actuarial and business requirements for platform features and client solutions. - Translate actuarial and business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and product teams can act on confidently. - Conduct gap analyses between current actuarial workflows and desired future states, proposing data-driven process improvements and solution options. - Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and issue tracking in JIRA serving as the actuarial voice in agile delivery processes. - Liaise with stakeholders across actuarial, finance, product, and technology to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Contribute to compliance and audit readiness through well-structured documentation of actuarial processes, data flows, and model assumptions. - Data Analysis & Reporting - Build and maintain advanced data models and financial analysis tools using Python, R, and Excel including dashboards, pivot analyses, and scenario modelling for internal and client use. - Monitor and analyse key actuarial and product performance metrics including claims experience, lapse rates, profitability indicators, and pricing adequacy generating insights to support strategic decision-making. - Design and execute data validation and test cases using Postman and scripting tools to verify API outputs from 360F’s actuarial and financial calculation engines. - Extract, clean, and analyse insurance policy data from internal databases and client data feeds to support experience studies and ad hoc analytical requests. - Prepare clear, well-visualised actuarial reports and management summaries that communicate complex findings accessibly to non-actuarial stakeholders. - Client & Stakeholder Support - Support the delivery team in client-facing engagements including workshops, product review sessions, and data analysis requests from insurance carrier and banking clients. - Assist clients in understanding actuarial outputs, model assumptions, and pricing rationale translating technical results into business-friendly language. - Act as a point of contact for actuarial-related queries from internal teams including sales, client success, and product management. - Contribute actuarial input to client needs analysis frameworks, benefit illustration tools, and financial wellness models embedded in 360F’s platform. - Process Improvement & Innovation - Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve actuarial workflows from data ingestion and model execution to reporting and client delivery. - Support the integration of AI and machine learning tools into actuarial processes including validation of ML-based pricing or claims models, and exploration of GenAI tools for actuarial report generation. - Contribute to the development of 360F’s internal actuarial knowledge base including model documentation, assumption registers, and process guides. - Stay current with actuarial developments relevant to APAC markets including IFRS 17 implementation updates, RBC changes, product innovation trends, and AI governance in insurance. Qualifications - Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in actuarial, actuarial consulting, or closely related analytical role with clear exposure to life, health, or investment-linked insurance products. - Pursuing or holding an actuarial designation (ASA, FSA, AIA, FIA, or equivalent) from a recognised professional body; candidates who are actively progressing through actuarial examinations are strongly encouraged to apply. - Solid working knowledge of actuarial pricing, reserving, and product analysis across life, health, and/or investment-linked product lines in one or more APAC markets. - Strong proficiency in Python or R for actuarial data analysis, model building, and automation with the ability and willingness to code models rather than rely solely on spreadsheets. - Advanced Excel skills include complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and dashboard design for actuarial and financial reporting. - Experience with API testing and validation tools, particularly Postman, to support integration testing of actuarial and financial calculation services. - Demonstrated business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, user story writing, gap analysis, and agile delivery support using JIRA or equivalent tools. - Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and question data quality. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to produce clear, structured documentation and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfortable working independently, managing multiple workstreams with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment spanning multiple APAC markets. - Bachelor’s degree or above in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
