Role Description To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure. - Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data. - Design and implementation of data warehouses and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures. - Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes. - Collaboration with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models. Barclays Services LLC seeks Product Analyst in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available): - Own and evolve the product roadmap for credit card processing, driving enhancements aligned with business goals, compliance requirements, and customer experience. - Apply strong credit card core processing knowledge and TSYS/FIS/FDR data file expertise to inform product requirements, validate transaction logic, and guide system enhancements. - Collaborate across business units to understand data needs and provide secure access to curated database views for analytical and operational reporting. - Coordinate product development and release planning, ensuring card rule configurations, transaction capture logic, and fraud strategies are well-defined and delivered effectively. - Utilize PL/SQL skills to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data, supporting initiatives related to credit processing and risk mitigation. - Manage CI/CD pipeline integration by working with development and DevOps teams to deploy PL/SQL code across environments using Jenkins, ensuring secure and consistent code promotion. - Design ETL workflows, logical data models, create architecture vision diagrams using relational database concepts, while also leading Lean control Tribe meetings to present product architecture, address risk stories and collaborate with stakeholders across data governance, architecture, security and Run the Bank teams to ensure alignment and maintain artifacts of each requirement. - Manage the change lifecycle, from raising Change requests, managing incident tickets by prioritizing severity levels, coordinating and gathering stakeholder approvals for production deployments and timely resolutions using service first tool. - Participate in design sessions to develop and document features, break down business requirements into actionable user stories, create logical, physical and conceptual models and create clear feature and story backlogs on in JIRA and Confluence. - Collaborate with Agile scrum teams to ensure compliance with Agile Safe practices, Agile methodology and audit standards. - May telecommute pursuant to company policies. Qualifications - Strong credit card core processing knowledge. - Expertise in TSYS/FIS/FDR data file. - Proficient in PL/SQL. - Experience with Agile methodology and audit standards. Requirements - Minimum Salary: $167,835.00 per year. - Maximum Salary: $175,000.00 per year. - This position is eligible for an incentive award.
