Manager, Business Development

Phoenix Tower International

• Lead business development initiatives to expand PTI Services footprint across existing and emerging markets, driving revenue growth and long-term value creation. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities - including tower acquisitions, colocation, and infrastructure partnerships - with a clear focus on strategic fit and financial performance. • Develop and execute business plans that align with PTI Services’ mission of providing cutting-edge connectivity solutions across the US. • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs, shaping proactive go-to-market strategies. • Build, strengthen, and sustain relationships with key customers, carriers, and strategic partners to unlock new revenue streams and joint ventures. • Lead high-impact negotiations and commercial discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements and ensure alignment with PTI Services’ standards of integrity and excellence. • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations) and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of business opportunities. • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. • Partner with executive leadership define growth priorities, establish performance metrics, and monitor progress toward organizational goals. • Lead the preparation of business cases, financial models, and presentations for senior management and investment committees. • Oversee the due diligence process for potential transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal governance standards. • Monitor post-deal integration and performance to ensure commitments translate into sustainable growth and value creation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, commercial strategy, or strategic partnerships, within telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex deals that drive long-term growth, with demonstrated financial and commercial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure models (towers, fiber, small cells, data centers) and industry dynamics across multiple geographies.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and resolve complex issues.
  • Established network of industry contacts and relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions with sound judgment and diligence.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
