Solution Consultant – Pre‑Sales, Proposals

Clinisys

• Support the mobilisation and coordination of EU RFI/RFP/SQT responses in partnership with Sales Leads—helping track requirements, timelines and submission readiness. • Contribute to requirements analysis and compliance mapping, helping to identify gaps/risks and track actions. • Draft and develop technical and clinical response content, working with SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Assist in shaping solution definitions for bids and early-stage engagements, including high-level architecture and integration approaches. • Support the preparation and delivery of customer demonstrations, workshops and discovery sessions, adapting content to audience needs. • Help maintain demo readiness, including supporting updates to demo environments, datasets and configurations. • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing feedback and supporting updates to demo and bid materials. • Build and maintain reusable content assets (response libraries, demo scripts, supporting materials) to improve efficiency. • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate to support delivery timelines. • Assist with pre-tender and early-stage submissions, providing structured technical input. • Use Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools to improve efficiency and quality of outputs.

Job Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of bid/proposal processes within complex B2B software environments.
  • Ability to support customer demos/workshops and explain clinical/technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail in structured responses.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English plus Dutch or German.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; openness to using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot).
  • Ability to work across diverse European customer environments.
