• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation across all subsidiaries in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment • Own accounting and reporting for group service entities, including related intercompany processes and transactions • Lead the group close process and ensure timely delivery of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS • Support IFRS transition projects and implementation initiatives across the group • Prepare group-level management reporting for the executive team, board, and investors • Oversee intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and transfer pricing entries • Coordinate with the Financial Controllers (Veterinary and Therapy) on entity-level reporting and ensure consistency in accounting treatment across the group, including reconciliations between local Nordic GAAPs (FAS and equivalent local GAAPs) and IFRS • Support statutory reporting and group-level tax compliance processes
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; KHT, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in group controlling, consolidation, or audit, ideally in a multi-entity international environment
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS); familiarity with other Nordic local GAAPs (Norwegian NGAAP) a plus
- Hands-on experience with consolidation tools and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a strong advantage
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling environment; able to balance hands-on close work with process improvement
- Fluent English (working language); Finnish a plus, other Nordic languages or German welcome
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance teams across countries
- Available to start on or close to 1 July 2026 and commit to the full interim period

Cultural Resource Member Martinez, CA Summary American Conservation Experience, a nonprofit Conservation Corps, in partnership with John Muir National Historic Site, is seeking 1 Member to contribute to Cultural Resource projects alongside NPS Staff. a 16-week minimum commitment is required * Location Details/Description: John Muir National Historic Site includes is the historic home and fruit ranch once owned and managed by naturalist John Muir and is characterized by three separate park units: a 9 acres fruit orchard and ornamental garden site (House Unit); 350 acres of oak woodland and grassland (Mount Wanda Unit); 1 acre gravesite and orchard (Gravesite Unit). Other jointly managed National Park Service sites in Contra Costa County in which the intern may assist include John Muir National Historic Site in Martinez, CA, Eugene O'Neill National Historic Site in Danville, CA and Port Chicago Naval Magazine National Memorial near Concord, CA. Position Overview: The Museum Management Member will work on a variety of museum program tasks focused around curatorial and collections management. These will include researching, cataloging, and photographing museum objects, digitizing archival documents, and assisting with housekeeping tasks in historic installations. The Member may also assist curatorial staff with public engagement events. Public engagement responsibilities include assistance with tabling at events and event preparation. Role Description The Controller is a key member of the Finance team and is responsible for the accounting function for the entire company, both in Canada and the USA.
