Role Description You are the product component of a cross-disciplinary product team, and will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to collectively evolve your product through the entire product development lifecycle. You bring business, strategy, and communication expertise to the collaboration between your product team, customers, and stakeholders to steer the prioritization of product investments. Using the principles of lean, agile, and user centered design, you lead and execute the regular activities of a product team to deliver outcomes for users and drive value for the enterprise. What You’ll Do - Manage the full software development lifecycle and refine your team’s process to deliver strategic outcomes. - Collaborate with your group product leader to deliver on product-level strategies that enhance user outcomes and drive business value. - Discover, develop, and build strategies for your product's problem space while engaging stakeholders to identify opportunities. - Potential responsibility for multiple products/systems under one problem area. - Conduct continuous research to identify valuable problems, define and deliver outcomes in a complex product space, facilitate ideation sessions to prioritize solutions, and coordinate delivery with other teams. - Deliver user value in an area with known problems, applying principled techniques to define users, problems, and solutions. - Create backlog stories and product documentation, prioritize tasks, and coordinate feature releases to promote rapid ideation to delivery cycles. - Measure impacts, solicit feedback, and make data-informed pivot or persevere decisions to improve your product. - Identify functionality that no longer provides value, and safely deprecate or modernize it in line with the product vision. - Engage with your product group to refine and harmonize practices with other product teams, contributing to group-level practice development. - Additional tasks may be assigned. Qualifications - Experience working in the software development lifecycle and delivering a product to market. - Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and use data to drive decision-making within a suite of products and services. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify user level issues, analyze potential solutions, and partner across domains to implement the best course of action. - Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and executives. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in product management working on cross-disciplinary product teams. - Advanced training or equivalent practical experience in Product Management, Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields. - Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Role Description ESO is searching for an experienced product manager to take the reins of products used by Hospitals to record a patient's journey and provide life-changing insights into healthcare improvements. As the product manager behind this product line, you will combine technology and design to solve real customer problems in a way that meets the needs of the business.
