Wenn du es schätzt, präzise zu arbeiten, Entscheidungen sicher zu treffen und dich in einem verbindlichen, leistungsorientierten Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln, ist diese Position genau auf dich zugeschnitten. - Kunden-Onboarding: Du begleitest neue Kunden vom Erstkontakt bis zur individuellen Finanzplanung – klar, verständlich und strukturiert. - Finanzberatung & Betreuung: Du führst Beratungsgespräche, analysierst Absicherungs- und Vorsorgebedarfe und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen. - Dokumentation & Prozesse: Du arbeitest nach festen Standards, hältst Abläufe sauber nach und stellst eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicher. - Kommunikation & Nachverfolgung: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson, beantwortest Anfragen verbindlich und sorgst für stabile Kundenbeziehungen. - Team & Struktur: Du bringst Ordnung in Prozesse, unterstützt dein Team und trägst zur stetigen Optimierung unserer Abläufe bei. Qualifications - Du hast ein Abitur oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer/höherwertiger Abschluss. - Du hast einen Wohnsitz in Deutschland. - Du arbeitest strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert. - Du kommunizierst verbindlich, professionell und freundlich – persönlich, telefonisch und digital. - Du fühlst dich in klaren Systemen und definierten Abläufen wohl. - Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Bereich und schließt Aufgaben sauber ab. - Erfahrung in Kundenberatung, Vertrieb oder Finanzdienstleistung ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung – wichtig ist deine Haltung.
