This role supports the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions across the full project lifecycle. The engineer works collaboratively within a team, contributes to technical design decisions, and delivers high-quality, maintainable code using established and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions • Translate business requirements into technical designs and working applications • Debug, troubleshoot, and support production systems • Participate in project lifecycle delivery, including deployments • Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation • Collaborate effectively with teammates and mentor newer developers • Provide accurate estimates for well-defined development tasks Skills & Competencies • Strong experience with Java, .NET, and/or Delphi (Delphi is preferred) • Understanding of application design, architecture, and SDLC processes • Experience with application testing and quality assurance practices • Ability to support, enhance, and maintain existing applications • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
