• Manage coordination amongst project team members to ensure proper coordination between different departments and timely submission of deliverables. • Conduct regular planning and status meetings with project teams as needed to track progress and identify challenges. • Effectively utilize and leverage IT PMO practices, procedures, and supporting tools for multiple projects concurrently. • Identify and present project teams and sponsors with solutions to everyday project challenges and risks. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support and improve project delivery and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Associates (2-yr) degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project with a strong understanding of systems architectures and business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project-related activities with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment for issue escalation.
  • Knowledge of stakeholder management principles and core communication principles including verbal, written, and visual.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning and emotional intelligence.

Who We Are The Real Estate & Capital Projects team build infrastructure and foundation to serve the organizational needs. RECAP partners with other departments to improve and/or create new spaces to support the organization’s mission and work. RECAP also strategizes portfolio planning and manages leases and plan for future demands. What You’ll Do The Project manager, Real Estate & Capital Projects will assume responsibility for overall construction of projects assigned. A successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with internal and external support teams. The person in this role will provide project management support for assigned projects across a portfolio including all aspects from inception to completion.
