Job Requirements
- 8- 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, with leadership in payer and population-based strategy
- Demonstrated ability to shape access strategy across multiple stakeholder types (payers, providers, IDNs, government) with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare systems, including how population-level decisions are made, influenced, and operationalized
- Proven experience leading senior client engagements and driving cross-functional strategy across Strategy, Medical, and Creative teams
- Strong track record developing strategic frameworks and content platforms that inform value communication and access decisions
- Experience integrating population health, value-based care, or organized customer strategy into market access approaches
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent) with application to market access or health economics
- Experience in a healthcare communications or agency environment supporting multiple biopharma clients or portfolios or experience working in biopharma in the market access setting
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, IDNs, and government payer dynamics across therapeutic areas
- Experience contributing to new business, thought leadership, or innovation in market access strategy
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.

This role strengthens the integrity of assessment design and marking practices across our online programmes. Key Responsibilities - Pre-Assessment Moderation - Review assessment briefs before release (where applicable). - Ensure alignment between assessment tasks and module learning outcomes. - Evaluate clarity, fairness, and cognitive level of assessment tasks. - Recommend revisions where necessary. - Post-Assessment Moderation - Moderate a representative sample of marked assessments. - Verify correct application of marking rubrics. - Confirm fairness and consistency across cohorts. - Recommend remarking or corrective action where required. - Quality Assurance & Standards - Confirm internal moderation processes were followed. - Identify inconsistencies or systemic issues in marking. - Support continuous improvement of assessment quality. - Reporting & Governance - Submit moderation reports per module per cycle. - Indicate approval, conditional approval, or required corrective action. - Escalate significant concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager.
