Role Description Are you an enthusiastic student or fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in tech operations? Do you want to learn how a fast-growing platform balances client needs with gig worker satisfaction? If so, this Operations Executive Internship is for you! Join our growing team, gain hands-on experience, and play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients and gig workforce. This is a fully remote position that operates on a rotating shift basis. The schedule follows a 4-days on, 2-days off rotation cycle. What You'll Do - Learn to serve as a key point of contact between clients and our talented gig workforce. - Assist in managing client job postings, ensuring clear communication to attract the right talent. - Support the Client Success team by handling initial after-sales queries and troubleshooting client issues. - Act as a champion for our users, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Balance various administrative and support tasks, maintaining a fast response rate and seamless workflow. - Approach new operational challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and a eager-to-learn attitude. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (prior experience in job boards or staffing is a plus, but not required!). - A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping others. - Good communication skills, especially in written and online interactions (chat support, emails). - Ability to learn how to prioritise, multitask, and follow up with meticulous attention to detail. - Comfortable using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets) to streamline daily tasks. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Requirements - Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis.
