• Work in the Martech team to implement best practices and get the most out of our Braze account; • Optimizing the use of the tool and supporting the evaluation and implementation of new technologies; • Operate Braze as a specialist to enable the marketing team to run the best-in-class marketing campaigns; • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team for accesses, training, optimization and best practices; • Explore and implement AI to optimize automation workflows, ensuring greater scale, personalization and agility across CRM communications; • Work with the different teams (globally) on the requests raised to our team; • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Job Requirements
- Good communication skills;
- Minimum of 2 years experience using Braze;
- Knowledge of HTML for emails and Liquid template language.
- Knowledge of Whatsapp and SMS strategy is a plus;
- Practical experience or a strong interest in utilizing Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate data analysis, campaign orchestration, data architecture. Braze native AI features are a plus.
- English is a must, Spanish is a plus;
- Analytical skills for data driven decision making;
- Problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills;
- Hands-on, organized, and with high-attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture;
