The Human Resources Manager for Colombia is responsible for supporting Porch's Colombia-based workforce — engaged through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner — through day-to-day people operations, acting as the bridge between corporate HR and our local team members. - Coordinate with our EOR vendor on employment compliance, payroll, onboarding, supporting employee engagement and employee relations. - Facilitate training and development. - Ensure local practices align with Porch's culture, values, and corporate HR strategy. This position reports to the Head of Employee Experience and partners closely with Contingent Workforce Operations and HR Operations as part of the Porch People Team. This position is virtual; limited travel may be required.
