• Provide comprehensive support in various human resources functions including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, benefits, offboarding, leave tracking, and compliance • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with local labor laws and company standards • Oversee the post offer onboarding process for new employees • Provide support with employee benefits enrollments, changes, and inquiries • Respond timely to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and general concerns • Assist with the offboarding process by sending required documentation and conducting exit surveys
• Provide governance and oversight of the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS) • Monitor conformance of information security and quality management processes to applicable ISO requirements • Maintain management system documentation, including policies, procedures, Statements of Applicability, risk registers, and governance records • Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal ISO and compliance audits • Monitor compliance performance through audits, assessments, and reviews, and report results to leadership • Coordinate recurring risk assessments related to information systems and business processes
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, including recording and reconciling AP and AR transactions • Preparation and review of bills in Bill.com and QuickBooks, as well as weekly batch payment preparation • Assist with posting cash receipts on a daily basis and assist in projecting cash flow requirements with the Director of Administration • Support the monthly closing process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations • Analyze financial data and support management with reports and insights as needed • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies
