What You Bring Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis within a data-driven environment. - Proven, hands-on experience with process mapping, process design, and process improvement. - Strong understanding of how data supports business decisions and operational efficiency. - Experience working with or supporting Insurance, InsurTech, or digital insurance platforms. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Must-Have Skills - Experience using process mapping tools such as Mural and/or Microsoft Visio. - Strong proficiency manipulating and analyzing data in Excel. - Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to connect process insights to business outcomes. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and related data and reporting tools. - Hands-on experience defining KPIs and applying data governance and data quality principles. Nice-to-Have Skills - Lean or Six Sigma certification (or strong working knowledge). - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
