This is a fully remote position, but occasional office meetings in Drexel Hill, PA are required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with estate planning and administration, as well as corporate law matters. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering challenging, meaningful legal work in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: - Draft and review corporate, estate planning, and estate administration documents - Advise clients on business formation, governance, general corporate, and estate matters - Handle company formations and entity structuring across various industries - Support mergers, acquisitions, and business sales - Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related HR documents - Assist with commercial lease reviews and negotiations Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey license a plus - 5+ years of relevant estate planning/administration and/or corporate experience - Strong understanding of general corporate law, contracts, employment law, and commercial leasing - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting The anticipated pay rate for this position is $55 per hour.
