GOBHI has an immediate opening for a full-time Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. This remote position will be based out of the employee’s home located in the state of Oregon or accepted radius. The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst is responsible for modernizing and automating the administration, maintenance, and optimization of GOBHI’s Human Resources Information Systems and employee benefit platforms. This position supports payroll processing, benefit administration, leave management, unemployment claims coordination, human resources reporting, compliance tracking, recruitment coordination, and employee data integrity. The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst serves as a key technical and operational resource for Human Resources and works collaboratively with leadership, finance, employees, and external vendors to ensure efficient human resources operations and an excellent employee experience. Essential duties include: - Maintain and support GOBHI’s Human Resources Information Systems platform, including employee records, workflows, security permissions, reporting, and system updates. - Administer and optimize Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, and employee data management. Leverage modules of Paylocity such as performance management to automate processes. - Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all human resources data and records. - Generate regular and ad hoc human resources reports, metrics, and analytics for leadership and compliance purposes. - Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and applicants. - Assist with recruitment workflows, applicant tracking, and onboarding activities. - Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment activities. - Administer paperwork for leave programs including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Oregon Family Leave Act, Paid Leave Oregon, Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, and other applicable leave programs. - Track leave eligibility, documentation, communication, and return-to-work processes. - Provide technical assistance and support to employees and managers regarding human resources systems and self-service tools. - Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes, including system setup and access management. - Support human resources audits, accreditation activities, and organizational reporting needs. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements What is needed to succeed in this role: - Three years experience in Human Resources Information Systems administration, payroll, benefits, or human resources operations. - Experience administering Paylocity HRIS strongly preferred. - Experience with benefits administration platforms. - Experience coordinating interviews, maintaining employee files, and routing employment documents preferred. - Knowledge of human resources compliance requirements including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Oregon Family Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and Paid Leave Oregon preferred. - Experience working in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health environments preferred. - Experience supporting multi-site or regional organizations preferred. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills at all levels. - Foster positive relationships with employees, partners, providers, and community stakeholders. - Promote a collaborative, respectful, and solutions-oriented work environment. - Support equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices in all areas of work. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Technology savvy, proficient using MS software and Google Suites. - Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with human resources systems, databases, spreadsheets, payroll processes and procedures, and reporting tools. - Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Accounting or related field required. Experience may substitute for education requirements. - Human Resources certification such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional or Professional in Human Resources credential preferred. Role Description Responsible for assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution. Provides support, training, guidance, and recommendations to Donated Goods Managers and Contracts Project Managers and is an advocate for team members.
