THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Governance and Clinical Performance Analyst to join our Clinical Governance team - Wellz in São Paulo! Wellz by Wellhub is our corporate mental health platform, which delivers measurable, science-based results for companies and their employees. By combining technology with human expertise, Wellz offers personalized journeys that include online therapy, group sessions, interactive content, and 24/7 chat support with experts. Through data-driven insights and strategic dashboards, we also empower HR leaders to monitor wellbeing, increase engagement, and demonstrate ROI, making quality mental health support accessible and scalable. At Wellz, the Clinical Team is the one who guarantees our scientific rigor. The Governance and Clinical Performance area ensures that all business fronts unite human welcoming with the scale of technology, always following the best mental health practices. As the operational engine of this team, you will centralize flow management in Pipefy, structure our knowledge base, and be the daily bridge between our health experts and partner teams (such as CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product). Your main objective will be to create standards, avoid risks in the operation and make everything run smoothly. This position is perfect for those who are super analytical, organized, and focused on solving bottlenecks to help expand access to mental health. YOUR IMPACT - Manage and optimize workflows in CRM (Pipefy), leveraging automations and AI tools to boost the scalability of our clinical operations. - Establish and keep the Knowledge Hub updated to ensure that partner teams (Sales, MKT, CS) have quick access to standardized and validated answers. - Collaborate closely with business teams (CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product), acting as the first technical point of contact, triaging requests, and filtering out what requires deep clinical judgment. - Ensure clinical rigor in content by conducting structural reviews of communication flows and engagement campaigns, aligning tone of voice with our clinical guidelines. - Drive data analysis and insight generation, with a focus on continuous optimization of workflows and team strategy. - Support logistical and operational needs, acting during critical incidents and corporate campaigns, organizing distribution flows and next steps to ensure traceability and speed. - Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. WHO ARE YOU - Higher education in Psychology, Nursing, Social Sciences, Public Health, Biomedicine or health areas. - Someone with an operational and analytical profile: super organized, with a clinical eye to map processes, focused on efficiency and who loves to solve bottlenecks and eliminate rework. - Great communication and articulation: ease of moving between different teams (CS, Sales, Marketing and Product), working as an intelligent filter and aligning expectations. - Hands-on experience running CRM and structuring workflows (experience with Pipefy is a super plus). - Curiosity and adaptability: willingness to learn, strong sense of ownership, and total comfort for working in dynamic environments that change quickly. - Excellent written communication and synthesis skills (essential for building knowledge bases, reviewing campaigns, and creating manuals/playbooks). - Connection with our cause: sparkle in the eyes to democratize access to mental health, without giving up quality and scientific rigor. - Intermediate or advanced English to work in a global environment. Role Description Aretum is seeking a Requirements Analyst with experience gathering and defining user requirements, developing user stories and use cases, and creating process flow charts and documentation to support software applications and technology products. Skilled in Agile project coordination, cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence within federal government environments.
