Role Description Aretum is seeking a Requirements Analyst with experience gathering and defining user requirements, developing user stories and use cases, and creating process flow charts and documentation to support software applications and technology products. Skilled in Agile project coordination, cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence within federal government environments. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. - Ability to build requirements based off user needs for software applications - Able to determine requirements - Ability to build out user stories/use cases based on requirements - Strong background working with technology products and building documentation in support of those products - Good project coordination skills leaning on an Agile Framework - Good communicator and able to be a connector and collaborator working with technical and non-technical personnel - Able to build out process flow charts and process documentation Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience - Strong MS Skills - especially Excel, SharePoint - Experience with JIRA/Confluence - Background doing technical management in a federal government environment (preferably DHS/CISA) Requirements - Preferred Qualifications: - Techman - MS Planner (Kanban) - Scrum Certification or Agile Certification equivalent Travel Requirements This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions.
