Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in English, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: 2+ years' experience working in an Agile Scrum environment writing technical documentation for the software product, application, and product releases
- Technical skills: Proven experience producing documentation for Agile, cloud, or DevSecOps-based projects
- Strong understanding of technical concepts in software development, system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience managing compliance documentation for FedRAMP, NIST, or FISMA-controlled environments
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and style
- Proficiency with document management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, Git, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML for publishing technical documentation
- Experience creating content accessible to all audiences (Section 508 and WCAG compliance)

Role Description The Senior Technical Support Audiologist will be part of the Auditory Technical Services team within the Quality organization. Role Description The Mobility Technical Lead position is responsible for leading the technical execution and delivery of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and tolling projects across the complete project lifecycle. - Lead system design and engineering activities such as architecture definition, subsystem integration, network and communications design, and interface coordination. - Prepare technical documentation including: - Requirements specifications - Detailed design documents - Deployment procedures - Operational manuals - Test plans - System acceptance documentation - Coordinate with project management teams, software developers, field engineers, vendors, and client representatives to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery. - Participate in deployment, integration, commissioning, testing, and operational support activities for tolling and ITS systems. - Execute and supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), integration testing, field validation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness verification. - Experience with roadside equipment, networking, video systems, AVI/RFID technologies, lane controllers, traffic sensors, and back-office integrations is highly desirable. - Support complex technical environments and multiple concurrent activities with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with transportation industry standards, systems engineering methodologies, cybersecurity practices, ITS architectures, and tolling interoperability concepts is expected. - Knowledge of cloud environments, virtualization, APIs, databases, and monitoring systems is considered an advantage. - Effective technical communication skills for documentation development, technical reporting, stakeholder coordination, and presentation activities.
