Global Process Owner – Warehousing, Distribution & Supply Chain Security
Amgen
• own global QMS processes for Warehousing & Distribution (W&D) and Supply Chain Security (SCS), ensuring standardization and consistency across the network. • Define, maintain, and continuously improve global QMS processes for W&D and SCS, including standards, process flows, and documentation. • Assess and implement changes to processes to meet evolving regulatory, compliance, and business requirements. • Establish and manage process governance, including metric frameworks, performance tracking, and reporting. • Monitor process performance, analyze trends, and identify risks or gaps requiring corrective or preventive actions. • Lead and execute CI and OE initiatives across the GSC network. • Own and manage business systems supporting QMS processes (e.g., lane management, distribution complaints), including enhancements and lifecycle oversight. • Manage supplier-related processes for distribution materials to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards are met. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align processes and improve E2E performance. • Plan and support audits and MRs, ensuring processes meet quality expectations. • Drive change management activities related to process and system updates, ensuring adoption across regions and functions.
Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience OR
- Master’s degree and 6 years of Supply Chain experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Supply Chain experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of Supply Chain experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain experience
- minimum of 2 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
- 5–8 years experience in pharmaceutical or related industry (Preferred)
- Experience with operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) (Preferred)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Spotfire) (Preferred)
- Experienced with AI-enabled tools or technologies (e.g. machine learning, automation, advanced analytics) (Preferred)

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Program Manager – Product Security Governance to drive execution of secure software development (SSDF), regulatory readiness (EU Cyber Resilience Act), and internal security governance initiatives within the Networking Business Unit. This role is responsible for end-to-end program coordination, execution tracking, and governance delivery across multiple cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will partner closely with security engineering, product, and development teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are consistently implemented across the software development lifecycle. This is an execution-focused program role centered on driving accountability, visibility, and operational rigor, rather than building security tools or performing hands-on engineering work.
