Job Description

Director, Revenue Cycle

Monogram Health

• Oversee revenue cycle operations, including insurance verification • Partnering with the coding team around charge capture/medical coding • Billing/claims submission, payment posting, collections • Denial management, self-pay billing, reporting, and patient billing inquiries • Develop and implement scalable operating procedures and policies • Ensure all revenue cycle operations meet federal/state regulations • Stay abreast of payer requirements and communicate those changes to team members and leadership • Define and analyze revenue cycle KPIs and monitor/report on KPIs • Lead, mentor, and manage staff across the revenue cycle team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
  • 7+ years of experience in claims operations management and revenue cycle
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling a revenue cycle team in a complex healthcare environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • Analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency with revenue cycle management systems / EHR / billing platforms
  • Working knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT coding
  • Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing/coding guidelines and clinical documentation requirements

Role Description Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking a Shelter Outreach and Engagement for the Outreach, Engagement, and Training department. In this position you will lead the Shelter Outreach and Engagement team for the Outreach, Engagement and Training department. Build and strengthen partnerships with animal shelters, rescue organizations and national animal welfare partners in order to build a stronger animal protection movement. - Develops and directs the overall strategy for the Shelter Outreach and Engagement team including creating and implementing the team’s priorities, programs, and policy efforts; - Leads policy engagement with shelters and rescues by aligning Humane World priorities that intersect with animal shelters including companion animal issues and access to care. - Secures endorsements, contributes feedback on the effects of policies on animal shelters, serves as an expert in legislative matters, writes legislative comments, testifies as appropriate, and analyzes shelter data to inform policy efforts; - Builds and strengthens collaborative relationships with animal shelters and rescue organizations to support the adoption of data-driven practices in response to changes in the animal sheltering landscape and in alignment with the organization’s priorities. - Directly leads the Adopters Welcome training program, including managing contract employees, developing shelter-specific content and overseeing the shelter mentorship grant and training program; - Designs training and professional development content with the HumanePro team.
