Role Description Raytheon is seeking a Quality & Command Media Specialist to drive data-focused oversight of our Receiving Inspection and Supplier Material Verification processes, as well as support the development and maintenance of Command Media (policies and procedures). In this role, you will: - Analyze escape metrics, PRISM (SAP) inspection results, and supplier performance data to inform inspection requirements across the enterprise. - Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection-related policy and procedure. - Support all Raytheon Operations Quality sites and partner locations where Receiving Inspection activities are conducted. - Maintain a home office with opportunities to travel for collaboration with other Receiving Inspection teams (10-15% domestic travel). Qualifications - A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience. - Relevant experience in data analytics, statistics, policy & procedures development/analysis, technical writing, quality, and/or continuous improvement. - Experience with Power BI and data-processing tools such as Alteryx, Mammoth, KNIME, and/or RapidMiner. - Experience with technical writing and editing. Requirements - Knowledge of PRISM (SAP), Business Warehouse. - Competency and experience in a relevant technical discipline with understanding of engineering principles and design analysis techniques. - Clear, concise communication. - Critical thinking skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from various communities who represent a range of work and conflict resolution styles.
