• Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap for our people-facing platforms - including Workday, Phenom, Culture Amp, and Freshdesk. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and engineers. • Define and execute a multi-year technical roadmap that synchronizes our People systems with broader enterprise goals. • Act as the lead architect for our HR stack, facilitating end-to-end solution design. • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to HR People Leaders and HRBPs.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years total leading Business Systems or HRIS functions in high-growth technology companies.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing technical teams.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI and GenAI for business process improvements.
- Deep, hands-on configuration experience with Workday is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Phenom (Talent), Culture Amp (Engagement), and Freshdesk (Service) is highly preferred.
