Data Product Manager

• Own the Enterprise Reporting Roadmap: Define and manage the strategic direction of high-level reporting requirements used across the company, with a focus on usability, accuracy, and executive alignment. • Lead KPI Stewardship: Act as the SME on all enterprise KPIs – ensuring consistency, clarity, and documentation of definitions and methodologies. • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with analytics, FP&A, and data engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quarterly and monthly reporting packages (e.g., for Earnings Calls and Board meetings). • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders regarding enterprise reporting needs, data interpretation, and roadmap prioritization. • Reporting QA & Governance: Own the QA process and change management protocols for all executive reporting assets to ensure a high standard of data integrity. • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in data availability, reporting processes, and visualization tools, and work to drive improvements that scale across EverCommerce’s portfolio of businesses.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multi-brand or enterprise environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility
  • Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data topics into clear business language for senior audiences
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus
  • Experience in the Payments domain - familiarity with tools, compliance requirements, standards, etc. is a big plus

Product Owner - US Payments Location 100% Remote (US/Canada*) This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst or Product Owner to join the US Product team within Form3. This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3’s full US Payments product suite. With previous experience working within US Payments, you will be supporting the wider team to make informed decisions, making a meaningful impact on the build and delivery of Form3’s Payments products across the US. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate effectively across the FedNow, RTP and ACH product lines, working closely with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of payments solutions. - Partner with the wider business to initiate and support the build of future products, such as Form3’s Zelle gateway. - Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to translate product vision into actionable requirements. - Become a Subject Matter Expert on Form3’s full US payments product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders. - Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement. - Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data. - Develop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Essential Form3’s Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Business Analyst / Product Owner who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team. - 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role. - Previous experience working on US Payments products (e.g. FedNow; RTP; ACH), with in-depth knowledge of how these schemes work. - Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specifications. - Technical experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings. - Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. - Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly within Engineering. - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Desirable - Previous experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs to other US payment schemes. - Experience within an external-facing role, in which partnering with customers / clients has been a core responsibility.
