Full Stack Software Engineer About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our engineering team. This role will focus on building and improving our internal annotation and project management platform used for AI training data, localization workflows, financial operations, and customer-specific annotation projects. • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and pipelines that ingest, index, and serve knowledge content from many sources. • Develop and improve search and retrieval experiences, including relevance ranking, indexing, and the integration of large language model and retrieval augmented generation techniques where they add value. • Model and manage structured and unstructured data so that it stays accurate, discoverable, and well governed. • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and shipped features. • Write high quality, well tested code, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and raise the engineering bar for the team. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve reliability and scale.

• Analyze & Design -- Ensure business and requirements artifacts are created that effectively model the customer's requirements.
