Role Description The Partnership & Agency Program Manager will play a key role in expanding our global partnership network and building a strong agency partner ecosystem. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with digital agencies, web development agencies, freelancers, and technology partners, enabling them to deliver hosting and infrastructure solutions to their clients while driving mutual growth. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing our Agency Program, strengthening long-term partnerships, and identifying new collaboration opportunities that contribute to company growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage strategic partnerships on a global scale. - Build, launch, and scale the company’s Agency Partner Program. - Identify, recruit, and onboard digital agencies, web development agencies, freelancers, and technology partners worldwide. - Establish strong, long-term relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders. - Work closely with partners to identify opportunities to grow mutual business and increase customer acquisition. - Design partnership initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, joint promotions, and bundled service offerings. - Develop and manage joint projects and initiatives with strategic partners. - Conduct market research to identify new partnership and channel growth opportunities. - Monitor and analyze partnership performance and develop optimization strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends and proactively propose new collaboration opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, sales, and support to ensure successful partner enablement and program execution. Qualifications - At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or partner program management. - Experience working with agency programs, partner ecosystems, or channel partnerships is highly preferred. - Knowledge of the web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain, or broader technology industry. - Experience recruiting and managing agency partners, digital agencies, or technology partners. - Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. - Strategic thinking ability with a strong results-oriented mindset. - Experience working in a global business environment with cultural awareness. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. - Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Role Description The Risk Management Program and Process Safety Manager is responsible for the execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of the company’s Risk Management Plan (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs across multiple operating sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and other applicable regulations while driving consistent execution of company standards. The Manager partners with site and regional leadership to manage process safety risk, drive accountability, and support safe and compliant operations. This role has been segmented as a Remote Region-based role, which means that one must travel to multiple sites as needed and live within the assigned Region. The assigned regions for this opening are within Central, West, and either Northeast/Southeast region.
