• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers • Source candidates through company tools, sourcing platforms, professional networks, referrals, and independent outreach • Conduct recruiter screenings and interviews in English with candidates globally • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for multilingual and project-based hiring initiatives • Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations teams regarding hiring priorities and fulfillment needs • Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates • Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Submit daily activity reports and sourcing/recruitment updates • Track pipeline movement, outreach efforts, interview activity, and operational progress • Support onboarding coordination and post-hire candidate engagement processes • Occasionally support urgent or weekend hiring initiatives depending on operational demand

Job Requirements

  • Previous recruitment, staffing, sourcing, HR, coordination, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing and screening background preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable conducting structured and behavioral interviews confidently
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
