- Own and drive Panorama’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels - Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team - Partner with executive and functional leaders on hiring plans, headcount forecasting, and organizational design - Oversee full-cycle recruiting for key and/or senior roles as needed - Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and quality of hire - Establish and track key recruiting metrics, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance - Elevate the candidate experience to reflect Panorama’s mission and values at every touchpoint - Develop and strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies - Ensure equitable, inclusive, and consistent hiring practices across the organization - Drive cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, DEI, and leadership teams
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years leading and managing TA teams or functions
- Proven experience owning and scaling recruiting strategy in a growing organization
- Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions at all levels
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including both strategic and hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve recruiting processes, systems, and workflows
- Passion for creating an excellent, inclusive candidate experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
