Recruiting Coordinator – Contract
Maven Clinic
• Own interview scheduling end to end, across multiple roles and time zones simultaneously (75+ per week) • Coordinate candidate travel and logistics where needed • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and ModernLoop • Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout their experience • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process moving • Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements — we want your ideas • Contribute to team projects that raise the bar on coordination quality and candidate experience
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role with at least 1 year of experience
- A candidate-first mindset — you treat every touchpoint as a reflection of our culture
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when juggling a full slate of open roles
- Has a strong sense of urgency — understands that slow coordination loses candidates, and acts accordingly

Role Description We are currently seeking a Language Recruiter to support our growing global hiring operations. This role plays a key part in helping scale multilingual and international recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, languages, and time zones.
