What You'll Do: - Activate the Altra brand across your New England territory through authentic connections, thoughtful activations, and hands-on support. - Build strong relationships with retailers through in-person visits, demos, and sales floor support. - Deliver engaging product education that builds confidence and enthusiasm among retail staff and consumers. - Create excitement around Altra through local partnerships, run clubs, events, and community engagement. - Execute merchandising and promotional activations that elevate the in-store experience. - Represent Altra at local and select national races, events, and expos. - Partner closely with Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams to bring go-to-market plans to life. - Act as the eyes and ears of the brand by sharing insights on product feedback, consumer behavior, and market trends. - Maintain accurate field reporting and manage field assets, travel, and expenses with strong attention to detail. Qualifications - You’re energized by people, product, and purpose—and you know how to turn connections into momentum. - 1+ year of specialty retail experience (run or outdoor preferred). - 2+ years in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing field role. - Experience fitting and selling technical footwear. - Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. - Ability to work independently while staying connected to a broader team. - A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for the running and outdoor community. - Familiarity with Altra products is a plus.
