Proven advanced expertise in: - Calculated fields, calculated cross-references, and data publications. - Data Feeds, including Archer-to-Archer. - Archer Control Panel and Job Engine. - Advanced Workflow design, configuration, and automation. - Custom reporting, dashboards, data modeling, and advanced analytics. - Solution design, application building, workflows, and enterprise integrations. - API development and integration. - Ability to work in a truly Agile environment. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Solid understanding of IT risk management, controls frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), compliance processes, and risk assessment methodologies. Soft Skills - Genuine passion for the work - enthusiastic about system configuration, process improvement, GRC platform optimization, and helping others succeed in their goals. - High degree of independence, self-motivation, and the ability to manage competing priorities while continually seeking opportunities to help the team and drive continuous improvement with minimal bureaucracy. - High degree of intellectual humility and adaptability. Understands that just because a solution worked one way at another organization does not mean it is the right approach here; tailors solutions to the unique needs of the business. - Leads with honesty and integrity above all else; operates with radical candor, vulnerability, and transparency. - Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset: does not confuse “process” with “product,” comfortably navigates the gray areas of GRC program maturation, and applies the 80/20 principle to keep initiatives moving forward efficiently. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to any audience. - Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; able to quickly establish trust, work effectively across departments and cultures, and get results from a wide variety of personality types. - Ability to connect dots between disparate processes and weave them into a unified, coherent framework.
