Role Description As a member of the Demand Management Team, you will help enable sales across Accenture and specifically within the MU(s) you will be deployed to. You will be the face of Pursuit Services (for your M/MU(s)) to the deal teams and will need to act as a Point of Contact for your M/MU(s). - Understand and decipher client requirements, review, and scope the incoming requests - Set up scoping calls with client teams to understand requirements - Understand the prioritization criteria and apply the same to the incoming requests - Work with your MU/CG Lead(s) to discuss, coordinate and plan our approach to pipeline management and prioritization - Manage the bandwidth of the team members to ensure balance - Flag off concerns regarding team utilization if any - Staff opportunities based on identifying the right skillset and availability of the resources - Communicate clearly and efficiently to the deal teams and to the Pursuit Services team members - Build & maintain trust-based relationships with deal teams and internal Pursuit Services team members - Ensure all timely and accurate tool updates and their housekeeping - Ensure that the global demand processes and defined SLA’s are adhered to - Discuss staffing options with your supervisors and MU/CG Leads - Ensure all statuses and notes within our tools are duly updated - Alert and work with your supervisors in cases of difficult stakeholders and complex deals - Work closely with senior Demand Management team members to apply principles of prioritization and re-prioritization for each MU/CG and triage requests accordingly - Develop a solid understanding of all Pursuit Services service offerings - Help educate customers on the value that Pursuit Services can add to their pursuit development efforts - Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience, gain better understanding of our customers, and our service offerings - Ensure accurate data including fields such as demand notes, dates, service levels, and other key information within the myPursuitServices tool is populated and maintained - Provide demand management coverage to other MUs as needed – e.g. PTO, volume management, OOO - Provide regular input into suggested and recommended process improvement, standardization, and cost efficiency - Participate in pipeline discussions as appropriate with Senior Demand Management team members and Market/Market Unit leadership - Participate in new joiner training activities (e.g. educating team members on demand processes and important information) - Work with senior demand leadership to manage forecasting and assignments to provide a balance for team members and enable them to take PTO, training, etc. without causing a disruption in service to our customers Qualifications - Undergraduate degree or comparable coursework/experience - English language fluency (oral and written) - A minimum of 3 years of related experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working remotely in a virtual, global environment - Communication skills - Relationship Management Skills - Strong Customer Service Orientation Requirements - Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area (US timezone) - Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs - Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines Extra Credit - Business Management education desirable - Analytical Thinking - Project Management experience - Problem Solving skills - Exposure to CRM tools and processes - PMP Certification
