• Define and develop the spec, architecture, and micro-architecture of key architecture modules (such as the in-memory compute unit, on-chip network, and memory orchestration units) based on the requirements of the workloads and software deployment flow • Contribute to the modeling of aforementioned key architecture modules in our C++ simulation framework to ensure a functional implementation of the features • Collaborate with the design verification team to deliver a strategy and infrastructure for the testing of the architecture features within said modules • Work with the software team and other architects to analyze the performance and efficiency of the architecture modules for key workloads, identify performance bottlenecks, and guide architectural decisions • Stay up to date with the latest trends and research in AI workloads, architectures, and applications to help define a path for the future generations of architectures

• Own the end-to-end systems architecture for Slingshot's mission software and data ecosystem. • Define architecture principles, technical standards, integration patterns, and design review processes across Slingshot Portal. • Ensure Slingshot's architecture supports secure deployment models, interoperability with customer mission systems, and integration of proprietary, customer, government, and third-party data sources. • Partner with product and engineering leaders to align architecture roadmaps with customer mission needs. • Strengthen, scale, and lead Slingshot's mission assurance function for software-intensive and hardware-enabled space operations capabilities. • Mature repeatable assurance processes for requirements management, design control, safety and risk analysis, verification and validation, configuration management, technical review governance. • Define the assurance approach for AI/ML-enabled space operations capabilities. • Establish bi-directional traceability from customer needs and mission threads to requirements, architecture, data and model dependencies, verification evidence, operational procedures, and product releases.

• Own the application-level solution design vision for Cloud processes across multiple business groups and technologies. • Define target-state, transition, and future-state solution design aligned to organizational strategy, application roadmaps and ensuring consistency and reuse of patterns. • Establish, enforce, and evolve solution design governance frameworks, principles, standards, and reference models. • Act as the reviewer for solution decisions, exceptions, and risk acceptance. Oversee and validate solution designs produced by other Solution Architects and technical teams. • Ensure solutions are upgrade-safe, secure, scalable, cost-effective, and supportable. • Govern enterprise integration strategies, API standards, and data ownership models. • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with executive leadership, business sponsors, and delivery leadership to align technology strategy with business outcomes. • Translate complex architectural concepts into executive-level guidance and recommendations. • Drive team collaboration by partnering with developers and stakeholders to deliver optimized applications and integrations; providing technical guidance through design and code reviews. • Lead business interaction by engaging business partners to understand needs, respond to questions and concerns, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. • Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Architects on solution design thinking, governance, design quality and drive maturity through standards of adoption and knowledge sharing. • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by proactively exploring new technologies, methodologies, and tools; evaluating options; and experimenting with solutions that improve scalability, security, and maintainability. • Apply strong research skills by conducting thorough evaluation of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices through documentation review, trusted resources, and community guidance.
