About this Position The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting company-wide, multi-channel communication efforts targeted at over 150,000 Primerica sales force members in US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam for company news, events, services, products and software tools. The Digital Communications Specialist will help create, support, execute, and measure the success of a variety of communications. Deliverables may include: emails, app notifications, text messages, product announcements, release notes, newsletters, technical and operational internal announcements, etc. Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex, yet well-defined processes and procedures are crucial to a candidate’s success in this position. The successful candidate also maintains a current understanding of email marketing best practices, standards, trends and applies them to the execution of Primerica’s communication efforts. The estimated salary range for this role is: 70K - 90K USD Annual Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Execution: Perform day-to-day communication execution activities including, but not limited to: Intake and management of multiple communications requests from across the company with varying deadlines Write HTML/CSS code; set-up, scheduling, testing and troubleshooting inbox rendering of messages; follow detailed procedures for setup and review of all communications. Create HTML templates; maintain system logos and graphics to support communication efforts. Manage approval workflow through internal and requestor review phases.
