• Own the end-to-end systems architecture for Slingshot's mission software and data ecosystem. • Define architecture principles, technical standards, integration patterns, and design review processes across Slingshot Portal. • Ensure Slingshot's architecture supports secure deployment models, interoperability with customer mission systems, and integration of proprietary, customer, government, and third-party data sources. • Partner with product and engineering leaders to align architecture roadmaps with customer mission needs. • Strengthen, scale, and lead Slingshot's mission assurance function for software-intensive and hardware-enabled space operations capabilities. • Mature repeatable assurance processes for requirements management, design control, safety and risk analysis, verification and validation, configuration management, technical review governance. • Define the assurance approach for AI/ML-enabled space operations capabilities. • Establish bi-directional traceability from customer needs and mission threads to requirements, architecture, data and model dependencies, verification evidence, operational procedures, and product releases.

• Own the application-level solution design vision for Cloud processes across multiple business groups and technologies. • Define target-state, transition, and future-state solution design aligned to organizational strategy, application roadmaps and ensuring consistency and reuse of patterns. • Establish, enforce, and evolve solution design governance frameworks, principles, standards, and reference models. • Act as the reviewer for solution decisions, exceptions, and risk acceptance. Oversee and validate solution designs produced by other Solution Architects and technical teams. • Ensure solutions are upgrade-safe, secure, scalable, cost-effective, and supportable. • Govern enterprise integration strategies, API standards, and data ownership models. • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with executive leadership, business sponsors, and delivery leadership to align technology strategy with business outcomes. • Translate complex architectural concepts into executive-level guidance and recommendations. • Drive team collaboration by partnering with developers and stakeholders to deliver optimized applications and integrations; providing technical guidance through design and code reviews. • Lead business interaction by engaging business partners to understand needs, respond to questions and concerns, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. • Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Architects on solution design thinking, governance, design quality and drive maturity through standards of adoption and knowledge sharing. • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by proactively exploring new technologies, methodologies, and tools; evaluating options; and experimenting with solutions that improve scalability, security, and maintainability. • Apply strong research skills by conducting thorough evaluation of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices through documentation review, trusted resources, and community guidance.

• Lead the definition and documentation of scalable front-end and digital solution architectures for Guidewire implementations in LATAM, leveraging Jutro, microfrontends, and modern web technologies. • Serve as a hands-on technical lead for digital workstreams: contribute code, establish coding standards, and ensure robust UX, performance, accessibility, and security in production solutions. • Design and guide complex integrations between digital applications and Guidewire InsuranceSuite using REST APIs and established patterns, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability. • Provide architectural guidance and technical mentoring to front-end and full-stack developers, building capability and consistency across customer and partner teams. • Oversee solution design by reviewing and approving technical designs, reusable components, and integration approaches to enable repeatable, high-quality delivery across projects. • Define and champion frontend architecture patterns (e.g., component strategies, state management, microfrontend approaches) that align with Professional Services’ priorities to reduce implementation effort and time while improving quality and value realization. • Lead the adoption of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and implementation best practices for digital applications built with Jutro and other Guidewire technologies, contributing to Professional Services’ goals of scalable, AI-enabled, repeatable offerings. • Partner closely with Product and R&D to surface platform limitations, co-design enhancements, and provide field feedback that improves Jutro and our digital products for all customers.
