AI Security Architect – Specialist

• Lead the architecture and implementation of security controls to enable Anthropic on AWS; • Define and implement IAM policies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and privileged access controls in multi-account AWS environments; • Conduct threat modeling and risk analyses for AI inference flows, model consumption, and data in transit; • Ensure compliance with financial-sector regulatory requirements, including BACEN, LGPD, and the client's internal audit and governance standards; • Implement DLP controls, encryption, and network segmentation for AI workloads; • Define and promote security-by-design standards in partnership with platform, cloud, and architecture teams; • Act as the technical security reference for AI and cloud for technical stakeholders and governance teams; • Produce security evidence, reports, and artifacts for internal and regulatory audits;
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in AWS cloud security, particularly in complex enterprise environments;
- Deep knowledge of advanced IAM, including roles, policies, SCPs, and least-privilege practices;
- Experience with multi-account AWS architectures;
- Hands-on experience in threat modeling and security risk analysis;
- Experience in regulated environments, especially in the financial sector;
- Knowledge of LGPD, BACEN requirements, and audit processes;
- Experience with encryption in transit and at rest, DLP, and network segmentation;
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and audit artifacts;
- Nice-to-have: Experience with AI security and generative AI; knowledge of foundation models and inference flows; experience on projects with AI model providers (LLMs); security or cloud certifications such as AWS Security, CISSP, or CCSP;
