Mid-level Implementation Project Analyst
Mercafacil
• The Implementation Project Analyst must have comprehensive knowledge of Mercafacil’s products, processes, and implementation phases, and possess strong client relationship skills to act as the focal point for the implementation projects under their responsibility. They will lead the entire process and monitor all stages with clients, partners, and other stakeholders using formal techniques and project management practices, detailing and documenting the entire process and guiding the client toward post-implementation success, based on the client’s needs, product capabilities, and the contract between Mercafacil and the client. • It is essential to recognize that this role will be the client’s primary point of contact and main reference after commercial closing; ensuring that the client’s first experience is welcoming, educational, objective, clear, and human is fundamental to efficiently completing this phase within agreed timelines and expectations. • Act as the focal point for the entire implementation process by managing stages and deadlines, coordinating and connecting all parties involved, including the client, partners, and Mercafacil’s internal teams. Responsibilities include: • Preparing detailed project schedules, allocating resources according to availability; • Conducting alignment meetings with the client to understand their needs, expectations, and particularities; • Ensuring all internal and external stakeholders have clarity on project scope, timelines, and responsibilities; • Performing regular checkpoints with clients and internal teams to align status, clarify doubts, and adjust actions when necessary. • Continuously update and monitor all internal project management tools and disseminate relevant information clearly and objectively, keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress and potential blockers, and acting proactively to resolve them if needed; • Actively participate in the entire process, starting from validating project feasibility with the sales team, mapping the operation and how Mercafacil’s solutions will add value to the client’s daily operations, supporting technical configuration steps, overseeing testing and validation, and handing the client over to the CS and Support teams; • Document and share important information such as operational maps, customization details, strategic client contacts, and other relevant data with other areas of Mercafacil, including CS and Support; • Assist the client during the process by answering questions and advising on solution usability and requirements for correct operation, such as the need for populated data in the platform, types of integrations and their limitations, communication types (visual via assets, through campaigns), business rules, etc.; • Mediate situations involving misunderstandings, conflicts, or unforeseen events, steering the project strategically toward the solution that best meets the client’s needs, ensuring project success and client satisfaction; • Share reports and perform regular follow-ups with the client and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accessibility of project status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, Communications, or related fields;
- Practical experience with tools such as Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.);
- Ability to align client objectives with product benefits to maximize delivery value;
- Ability to document and develop workflows, operational maps, and critical information in an organized and accessible manner to create clear and objective management reports;
- Knowledge of quality control and customer satisfaction metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, etc.;
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and make strategic decisions with clients;
- Negotiation and influencing skills to guide the project strategically for both Mercafacil and the client;
- Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects, preferably related to technology in system implementations, improvements, innovation, or customizations;
- Hands-on experience with projects guided by agile methodologies and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment;
- Experience working with large and strategic clients where negotiating project criteria and directing implementations according to those clients’ needs is required, while maintaining focus on internal principles, guidelines, and contractual particulars.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Training Consulting Project Manager with a strong Learning & Development (L&D) background to join our team in India. Role Description The Project Manager serves as a key player within Casepoint’s Customer Services team.
