Regional Marketing Director
GenScript
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global business priorities and regional commercial goals. • Lead segment-tailored demand generation campaigns across digital, email, events, and sales enablement channels. • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, support pipeline development, and improve lead follow-up and conversion. • Own regional event strategy, including conferences, tradeshows, seminars, roadshows, customer workshops, live events and partner activities. • Localize global campaigns, product launches, messaging, and content for regional markets and customer segments. • Collaborate with product marketing and business units to support growth across GenScript’s product and service portfolios. • Track and report campaign performance, including lead quality, conversion, pipeline contribution, event ROI, and marketing investment efficiency. • Manage regional marketing budget, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional execution. • Lead and develop regional marketing team members as applicable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical services, CRO/CDMO, laboratory products, or scientific services.
- 3+ years of experience in regional marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or commercial marketing leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business impact.
- Strong experience with sales alignment, funnel management, events, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
- Ability to translate complex scientific or technical offerings into clear customer value propositions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.

Role Description Gotham Greens is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and scale the company’s commercial business. The CCO is accountable for revenue growth, margin expansion, and market positioning, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Commercial Strategy. This role reports to the CEO. This role owns the full commercial P&L and is responsible for differentiating and translating Gotham Greens’ brand, product quality, and greenhouse-grown model into profitable, predictable growth across retail, food service, and emerging channels. The successful candidate is a hands-on, execution-oriented leader who sets a high bar, drives accountability, and consistently delivers results.
