• Ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistants within the required Acosta and Client guidelines. • Collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize services and capabilities. • Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Assistant team. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Assistants. • Approve Atlas time management for all Business Manager Assistant.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma
- Business Degree preferred.
- Equivalent field-related work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.
- Must have two-years of supervisory experience.
- Background in Sales Support and/or brokerage field preferred.
