Change Management Project Manager – Global Supply Chain

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support Global Supply Chain key strategic initiatives including major digital tool deployments across all sectors. • Lead end-to-end business change activities for transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes. • Assess the impact of change initiatives and develop tailored approaches to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance. • Assess change impacts across processes, digital systems, stakeholders and culture, tailoring change approaches to minimize resistance and deliver results. • Drive proactive collaboration with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to secure unified alignment and demonstrable backing for every change initiative. • Design, create and deliver effective communication and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions. • Develop and deliver change readiness, training and communication strategies that support successful deployment and go-live. • Support implementation through user engagement, training materials, user guides and feedback loops to improve adoption and satisfaction. • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation plans. • Define and track adoption and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by integrating change management best practices across the organization. • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, creating two-way communication channels and managing resistance to change.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Applied Project Management or related field and minimum 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and driving adoption across multi-business-unit, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including presentation delivery, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to change management.
- Proven ability to support an evolving set of projects and priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence.
