Data Entry Specialist – Medicaid Registration

Conduent

• Provide quality customer service and enter information into various systems for the KanCare program • Review submitted applications and enter applicant information within the Kansas Economic and Enforcement System (KEES) • Research and analyze issues to ensure enough information for decision making • Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and guidelines • Follow up on pending documents involving analysis • Return erroneous electronic data forms to customers for additional information • Attend training for Kansas Medicaid eligibility programs • Answer questions about the eligibility process • Evaluate information received through phone contact and ask follow-up questions

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in customer service
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in data entry
  • Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Family Medical Medicaid eligibility
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to maneuver in complex software systems
  • MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage experience
  • Requires excellent data entry skills and the ability to type a minimum of 28 words per minute accurately
